If you are planning a trip to Sin City and you like to eat, you need to take some time to consider where you will dine. While some people like to just show up on vacation and eat whatever looks good, you may be sorry you do not plan ahead on this trip. There are hundreds of options and many of them require reservations well in advance. It is also important to realize that many of the restaurants turn into nightclubs after a certain hour, so do your best to stay out of trouble and avoid needing a DUI attorney or DUI lawyer. Dining at a restaurant that turns into a club is a great way to get past the doorman and avoid the exorbitant cover charge, but you will still want to be safe and sane.

Begin your planning by determining your dining budget for your vacation. If you have the funds, splurge for at least one fine dining meal while in town. Restaurants like Sushi Samba, the Joel Robuchon Restaurant, Mix, Strip Steak and Carnevino are pricey, but if you can afford it, they are well worth it. If you hit it big while gambling, put a portion of the funds toward one of these fine gourmet experiences. It is a meal you will remember for the rest of your life.

There are still plenty of affordable options for dining and if you want to just grab a juicy burger while in town, you will not regret it. There are several fast
food restaurants along the strip in the hotel food courts that offer burgers, but if you want something out of the ordinary, walk a few minutes to the In-and-Out Burger fast food chain. Some feel the restaurant offers the best fast food burgers in the business. If you are looking for an upscale burger experience, consider dining at Le Burger Brasserie in the Paris hotel or head to Mandalay Place for a meaty concoction from the Burger Bar.

Another way to indulge without spending a bundle is to enjoy the buffets in town. Some off-strip buffets are dirt cheap and you can eat a day’s worth of food for under $10. Some hotels are opening up their buffets all day for one low price, so you can pay once and return again and again throughout the day. Some of the more expensive hotels offer upscale buffets with food stations that are as gourmet as the best restaurants in town.

Sin City is known for many of its celebrity chefs, so if you enjoy watching cooking shows on television, see if your favorite chef owns a restaurant in town. Guests can dine at restaurants owned by Emeril Lagasse, Bobby Flay and Tom Collichio, all located on the strip. Choose from Mesa Grill, located in the Caesar’s Palace Casino, Craftsteak, between the MGM hotel and monorail station, and several of Wolfgang Puck’s restaurants, located all over the strip. This is a great way to enjoy a delicious meal while having a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
